Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Robotics Clinical Specialist in San Francisco, CA. You will serve as the operating room expert for CORI robotic solutions, delivering hands-on coverage, driving adoption, and supporting launches across the territory.

The role requires 2+ years in medical device sales or OR-based roles, with preference for orthopaedics/ robotics experience. Travel within the territory is frequent, and the position offers a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical device sales or operating room based commercial roles.
• Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to influence in high pressure operating room environments.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders.
• Post secondary degree or equivalent commercial or clinical experience.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including regular overnight travel.

Responsabilités

• Serving as the operating room expert for CORI robotic assisted knee and hip solutions, providing hands on case coverage for new and existing customers.
• Driving adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology in partnership with Joint Reconstruction and Capital Sales teams.
• Supporting product launches, competitive conversions, and strategic growth initiatives within your territory.
• Training surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and technical proficiency in live surgical environments.
• Identifying commercial opportunities, generating leads, and contributing directly to territory revenue performance.
• Representing Smith+ Nephew at labs, in services, and medical education events.
