Job summary

Smith+Neu seeks a Robotics Clinical Specialist to drive adoption of CORI robotic knee and hip solutions in the San Francisco area. You will provide in-depth OR coverage, train surgeons and staff, and partner with sales to win in competitive markets.

In this field-based role you travel regularly, influence surgeon decisions, and support launches while maintaining high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. This is a hybrid role with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical device sales or OR-based commercial roles.
• Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as OR expert for CORI robotic knee and hip solutions with hands-on case coverage.
• Drive adoption and growth of CORI technology with sales teams.
• Support product launches, competitive conversions, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Train surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and proficiency in live surgery.
• Identify commercial opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to territory revenue.
• Represent Smith+Neu at labs, services, and medical education events.
