• Ability to cover cases independently within 60 days after internal training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users.
• Provide in-procedure support and ensure optimal OR workflow and troubleshooting.
• Handle installations, software updates, and field support.
• Schedule procedures and improve coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify utilization growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate case logs and documentation in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 75% or more as required.
