Job summary

Smith+ Nephew seeks a Robotics Clinical Specialist to cover Charlotte, NC, providing in-room expertise for CORI robotic knee and hip procedures. You will collaborate with Joint Reconstruction and Capital Sales teams to expand adoption, support launches, and grow territory revenue through hands-on training and strategic engagements.

The role requires in-depth robotics/orthopedics exposure, strong relationships with surgeons, and readiness to travel extensively in the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical device sales or OR-based commercial roles.
• Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OR expert for CORI robotic assisted knee and hip solutions with hands-on case coverage.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology with teams.
• Support product launches, competitive conversions, and strategic initiatives in the territory.
• Train surgeons and hospital staff for confidence and technical proficiency in live surgeries.
• Identify commercial opportunities, generating leads and contributing to territory revenue.
• Represent Smith+ Nephew at labs, services, and medical education events.
