Job summary

Smith+ Nephew in Charlotte, NC seeks Robotics Clinical Specialist to cover CORI knee/hip robotics in ORs, delivering hands-on case coverage and advancing adoption.

You will train surgeons and hospital staff, drive growth with sales teams, support launches, and build relationships with surgeons, traveling regularly within your territory.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in medical device sales or operating room based commercial roles.
• Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment strongly preferred.
• A competitive, results driven mindset with the ability to influence in high pressure operating room environments.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders.
• Post secondary degree or equivalent commercial or clinical experience.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including regular overnight travel.

• Driving adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology in partnership with Joint Reconstruction and Capital Sales teams.

• Training surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and technical proficiency in live surgical environments.
• Identifying commercial opportunities, generating leads, and contributing directly to territory revenue performance.
• Representing Smith+ Nephew at labs, in services, and medical education events.
