Job summary

Smith+Nephew in Tampa is seeking a Robotics Clinical Specialist to support CORI robotic knee and hip solutions in the operating room, providing hands-on case coverage for new and existing customers.

You will drive adoption and growth of CORI technology, train surgeons and staff, uncover opportunities, and partner with Joint Reconstruction and Capital Sales teams to win in competitive markets while traveling extensively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical device sales or OR-based commercial roles.
• Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment preferred.
• Competitive, results-driven mindset in high-pressure operating room environments.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operating room expert for CORI robotic knee and hip solutions, providing hands-on case coverage.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology in partnership with Joint Reconstruction and Capital Sales teams.
• Support product launches, competitive conversions, and strategic growth initiatives within the territory.
• Train surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and technical proficiency in live surgical environments.
• Identify commercial opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to territory revenue performance.
• Represent Smith+Nephew at labs, in services, and medical education events.
