Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative in Cincinnati, OH to partner with the Clinical Sales Manager and drive robot utilization across procedures. You will mentor surgical teams through training, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.

You will be a da Vinci Surgery resource across specialties, support regional events, develop team plans for unsupervised use, and work with KOLs to expand the user base while promoting instruments and accessories.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of sales experience including two years in healthcare sales.
• Able to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
• Proven record of success.
• Ambition and exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to drive robot utilization.
• Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci Surgery applications.
• Be a da Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure unsupervised use.
• Drive expansion of the user base by working with KOLs.
• Drive the sales of instruments and accessories.
• Mentor new team members to high performance.
• Residually manage administrative tasks and expense reports.
