Job summary

Symbotic seeks a Maintenance Technician to inspect and repair automated storage systems, adapters and lifts. The role requires calibrating, troubleshooting and maintaining robotic equipment to ensure peak performance.

You will document actions in CMMS and communicate repair timelines clearly, while working in a dynamic environment on site in Perris, CA. Prior automation experience and PLC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree/certification in electronics, automotive, automation, manufacturing or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in mechanical automation systems or equivalent.
• Experience with PLC knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate and run automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect systems associated with Automated Storage and Retrieval System and automated adapters/lifts.
• Lead continuous operation by calibrating, repairing, or replacing components.
• Troubleshoot robotic vehicle anomalies using diagrams and test equipment.
• Document repairs and parts in CMMS with accuracy.
