Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in electronics/automation/manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience with mechanical automation systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical diagrams.
• Experience with PLC knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Able to operate automated systems.
• Independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on systems associated with Automated Storage and Retrieval System and robotic vehicles.
• Lead continuous operation by adjusting, calibrating, repairing.
• Troubleshoot robotic vehicle anomalies using diagrams and test equipment.
• Document actions and repairs in CMMS.
• Communicate production impacting problems and required actions.
• Work in dynamic environment and adapt to business needs.
• Assist with Cell Operator functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
