Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Robotics Automation Engineer to design, program and deploy robotic systems across manufacturing, warehousing and logistics. You will work with industrial robots, AMRs/AGVs, and related automation, integrating with PLCs, safety systems and machine vision.

Travel up to 75% is expected, with collaboration across OT teams and partners. The role requires 3+ years in robotics automation, hands-on experience with major robot brands, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of robotics automation experience.
• Hands-on with at least one industrial robot or cobot.
• Experience integrating robotics with automation equipment or processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, configure and deploy industrial robots, cobots, AMRs/AGVs.
• Integrate robots with end effectors, conveyors, safety systems, machine vision and PLCs.
• Develop robot programs and control logic using OEM tools, ROS/ROS 2, Python, or C++.
• Support cell design, layout validation, and safety assessments with engineering partners.
• Use digital twins and simulation for offline programming and validation.
• Collaborate with OT teams and robotics ecosystem partners.
