Job summary

Accenture’s Next Gen Robotics Team is seeking a technical leader to develop scalable robotics solutions—from AMRs to autonomous drones and humanoid systems. You will drive architecture design, integration, and delivery for global industrial clients, shaping real industrial applications.

You will advance Physical AI architectures, work with ROS2, real-time systems, and simulation tools like Isaac Sim and MuJoCo, and manage interdisciplinary teams through PoC to production rollout.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of robotics/consulting/software project experience.
• Strong hands-on with ROS2, motion planning, perception and simulation tools.
• Experience with Physical AI and foundation models, including VLA architectures.
• Experience with synthetic data generation and world models for scalable training.
• Proficiency in Python and C++, Git, CI/CD, and clean code practices.
• Experience leading technical projects (architect/lead/tech generalist).
• Exposure to edge AI deployment on NVIDIA Jetson/Isaac platforms.
• Bachelor's in robotics or CS or 6+ years experience if Associate.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for robotics innovation projects, including architecture design, implementation, and integration for global clients.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures with autonomy, real-time systems, and scalable simulation.
• Manage interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Execute technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and robust demo/test setups.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture units from roadmap to implementation.
• Contribute to the Next-Gen Robotics strategy and partner development.
