General Motors seeks a Robotics AI Strategy & Program Lead to own end‑to‑end, cross‑functional initiatives across AI research, robotics engineering, data infrastructure, and manufacturing operations. You’ll structure problems, build dashboards, and drive large programs to completion while unblocking IT, Purchasing, Vendors, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing.

Formación

• MBA with engineering or related technical field.
• 2–4 years in strategy, management consulting, product management, or data analytics.
• Experience in AI, ML, or robotics, ideally at AI and robotics intersection.
• Proven ability to lead large cross‑functional programs with ambiguity.
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on with SQL and Python or R; able to build dashboards (Looker/Power BI).
• Experience with Jira and low/no-code platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end cross‑functional projects from framing to execution.
• Program manage multi‑team initiatives with milestones and metrics.
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, dependency maps, and risk registers.
• Drive operating rhythms with AI Research, AI Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and AI Product Management.
• Coordinate with IT, Purchasing, Vendors, Finance, HR, and other partners to move programs forward.
• Balance short‑term deliverables with long‑horizon programs while maintaining detail.
