Job summary

Optimal Solution Company seeks a Robotics AI Strategy & Program Lead to own end-to-end, cross-functional initiatives across AI research, robotics engineering, data infrastructure, and manufacturing operations.

You will translate complex AI work into strategic roadmaps, build dashboards, dive into data with SQL/Python, and drive multi-year programs while unblocking IT, Purchasing, Vendors, Finance, HR and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 4+ years leading cross-functional programs.
• Experience in AI, ML or robotics.
• Strong storytelling and strategic thinking.
• Ability to translate technical work to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects from framing to execution.
• Manage large multi-team initiatives with milestones and metrics.
• Develop roadmaps, dependency maps, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with IT, Purchasing, Vendors, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing.
• Design dashboards to track program KPIs and performance.
