Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Robotics AI Strategy & Program Lead to own end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across AI research, robotics engineering, data infrastructure, and manufacturing operations.

The role requires MBA or technical master's degree and 2–4 years in strategy, product/program management, or data analytics, with hands-on experience in AI/robotics in manufacturing. On-site, Warren, MI with strong executive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large cross-functional programs.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Experience with AI/robotics or data analytics in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional programs with clear milestones.
• Build program roadmaps, risk registers, and dashboards.
• Prepare executive-ready briefs for SVP-level audiences.
• Collaborate with IT, Purchasing, Vendors, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing.
