Job summary

Aquent leads an ambitious Robotics AI program, blending AI research, robotics engineering, data infrastructure, and plant operations. You will own end-to-end initiatives, coordinate researchers, engineers, and product managers, and drive multi-year platform bets with rapid experiments on the factory floor.

You will define analytics requirements, build dashboards (Looker, Power BI), and orchestrate GenAI workflows while navigating enterprise processes and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, TPM/product management, or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end multi-team initiatives from framing through execution and iteration.
• Build program roadmaps, dependency maps, and risk registers; unblock blockers across IT, Purchasing, Vendors, Finance, HR, Manufacturing.
• Lead standups, reviews, and steering forums with AI Research, AI Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Product teams.
• Translate complex technical trade-offs into executive-ready narratives for decision-makers.
• Define data telemetry requirements and run SQL queries to derive actionable insights.
