Magna International is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service, repair and install robotic welding equipment and fixtures. You will troubleshoot process problems, lead reliability improvements and coordinate with production teams and vendors to ensure quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 year of Fanuc robotics production support.
• Experience with robotic MIG, SPOT welding and material handling.
• Knowledge of Fronius/BOSCH welding equipment is preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot welding issues with robotic equipment.
• Follows 5S methodology and maintains safe, organized work area.

Aufgaben

• Service, maintain, repair, install and test equipment and verify conformance to specifications (Robot/Welding/Fixtures).
• Provide plant support in troubleshooting process problems and implement quality improvements.
• Interact with production teams, vendors and cross functional groups.
• Enter breakdowns into the maintenance PM database and perform preventive maintenance.
• Support training and cross functional repairs of electrical, mechanical and tooling systems.
