Job summary

Magna Cosma International is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support robotics and welding operations in a fast-paced environment. You will implement preventive maintenance, manage parts and vendor interactions, and ensure equipment reliability to meet production goals.

The role requires strong math and data analysis, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work rotating shifts with minimal supervision while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a maintenance role with robots and welding.
• Experience purchasing and interacting with outside vendors.
• Strong math skills for cost analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with inventory management, lead times, and re-order levels.
• PCB? No. CMMS - eMaint preferred for PM programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance per specs.
• Issue work orders and ensure parts availability.
• Coordinate maintenance with planning and production.
• Track breakdowns and KPIs (OA, OEE, MTTR, MTBF).
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendors; monitor lead times.
• Support equipment breakdowns and weekend shift schedules.
• Cross-train across skilled trades as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety compliance.
