Qualifications

• Hands-on welding knowledge across MIG/TIG/spot processes.

Responsibilities

• Program robotic welders for multiple welding processes and update CNC routines.
• Install, program, and fine-tune robotic welding equipment to specs.
• Set up CNC machine tending automation and troubleshoot to hit goals.
• Calibrate robotic arms, end-effectors, and sensors; test welds.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on welding systems.
• Diagnose issues to minimize downtime and document variations.
