• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Commitment to safety procedures including MIOSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Programming robotic welders for various welding operations and CNC machine tending robots.
• Install, program, and adjust robotic welding equipment and weld controllers to meet production specs.
• Troubleshoot issues to meet production targets and minimize downtime.
• Set up, calibrate, and test robotic arms and sensors.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on welding systems.
• Monitor weld quality and dimensions, adjusting settings as needed.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and document variations.
• Assist manufacturing with tool changes, setups, and problem solving.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE; keep workspace clean and organized.
