Job summary

All States Ag Parts, Llc. seeks a Robotic Welder & Programmer to set up, program, operate, and maintain welding cells on the shop floor. You will also weld manually when needed and refine weld programs to improve quality and throughput.

The role requires reading blueprints, performing in-process inspection, and contributing to safety and lean initiatives. Previous experience with FANUC or other robot systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding or robotics/automation program preferred.
• Minimum 2 years production welding experience MIG (GMAW) and reading weld symbols.
• Minimum 2–3 years of robotic welding programming experience (teach pendant).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Global Shop data systems.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and weld quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and troubleshoot robotic welding cells; optimize weld paths and parameters.
• Perform hands-on MIG welding for non-robot work and to support production.
• Load/run programs, align fixtures, and verify weld quality on first articles.
• Read blueprints and weld symbols; fit and weld parts per spec.
• Diagnose cell issues and perform preventive maintenance on robots.
• Develop process work instructions and balance workflow for throughput.
• Perform in-process weld inspection and maintain records.
• Participate in safety and lean manufacturing initiatives.
