Intuitive is recruiting a Territory Sales Associate in New Haven, CT, to promote the da Vinci Surgical System in local hospitals and clinics. You will work with clinical teams and hospital executives to drive adoption, provide training and ongoing support, and help expand the robotic program across facilities.

Experience in outside sales, cross‑functional collaboration, and a strong customer service mindset is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and translate client feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Strong customer service orientation with experience in client relationship management.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a local sales strategy for the New Haven market to optimize deployment of the da Vinci system.
• Support KOLs and surgical teams with guidance and case support.
• Lead Sales and Marketing initiatives to raise system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Design and implement tailored surgery plans for surgical teams to ensure proficient system use.
• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and hospital leadership for program expansion.
