Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate to join the Fort Myers team and gain knowledge across technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business in a 24+ month developmental role.

The position partners with the Fort Myers team to build experience for a quota-bearing role, supports surgeon trainings, and guides in-services for OR staff. A Bachelor’s degree and willingness to relocate are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospitals robotic development, and overall territory management.
• Guides technical in-services for customers to include OR staff, surgeons, etc.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team quotas.
• Gains experience in goal setting, mapping, and attaining in preparation for quota-bearing role to follow CTA position.
• Manages administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports.
