Columbia Machine is seeking an experienced technical customer service specialist to support the installation, commissioning and servicing of robotic palletizing equipment. You will troubleshoot problems on-site or remotely, educate customers, and coordinate with engineering and sales to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires frequent travel (up to 70%), supervision of local electricians during installs, and hands-on testing of equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Vocational or technical training.
• Associate’s degree or vocational/technical degree preferred.
• 5 years professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or remote technical support and troubleshooting.
• Supervise installation with electricians and technicians.
• Document project status and generate service reports.
• Travel up to 70% to customer sites.
