• Travel frequently to customer sites (approximately 70%).
• Educates, trains, and troubleshoots problems on-site and remotely; participates in after-hours support.
• Supervises electrical and mechanical installation with local electricians and assembly personnel.
• Tests equipment after installation to ensure proper operation and safety.
