Job summary

UCB Inc. is seeking a Clinical Account Specialist (HS) to join the Dermatology sales team in Roanoke, VA.

You will drive demand for the Dermatology pipeline, engage with healthcare professionals, and reinforce product value within a collaborative, matrix environment. The role requires territory planning, key account management, and strong communication with clinicians and staff; a valid driver's license and residency within the geography are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
Valid Driver License with no more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3-year period.
Must reside within assigned geography.

Responsibilities

Own responsibility for attaining territory sales goals and objectives through territory planning and visiting clinical decision makers.
Analyze territory data to build and adapt a customer call plan.
Maintain understanding of competitive marketplace and prescriber decision drivers.
Conduct account-related activities such as profiling, call planning, and reviewing sales data with stakeholders.
Make strategic decisions in managing resources including budgets and samples.
Coordinate and support promotional educational opportunities for medical stakeholders.
