Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• Minimum 3 years of direct selling to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Must reside within assigned geography.

Responsabilités

• Own territory sales goals and develop territory plan.
• Analyze territory data to tailor call plans with HCPs and staff.
• Maintain understanding of competitive marketplace and prescriber drivers.
• Conduct account profiling, call planning, and review sales data with stakeholders.
• Manage resources (budgets, samples, access opportunities) to maximize results.
• Coordinate and support promotional educational opportunities per UCB policy.
