JES Holdings, through Fairway Management (FWM), seeks a roaming Property Manager to travel across the region, support leasing, budgeting, and reporting, and ensure compliance with fair housing and affordable housing programs. Travel expenses may be reimbursed where applicable.

Responsibilities include site visits, completing certifications, managing rent collections, inspections, and coordinating with vendors while maintaining exemplary resident service and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management.
• Experience with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite and fair housing regulations.
• Proficient in auditing, training, and following standards and goals.

Responsabilités

• Travel daily to sites within the region to support operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, rent collection, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to fair housing and affordable housing regulations.
• Prepare and deposit rent in a timely manner and notify residents of delinquencies.
• Provide excellent resident service and promptly address inquiries and work orders.
• Oversee initial lease processes, certifications, and annual recertifications.
• Inspect units, manage vendors, and participate in training and conferences.
