Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a Roaming Property Manager to travel daily across the region to support operations, leasing, maintenance, and compliance with fair housing and affordable housing programs.

You will visit sites, supervise vendors, and ensure units are ready to lease quickly while maintaining property standards. On-call for emergencies and periodic training at regional and home office locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management.
• Experience with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
• Strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite.
• Strong knowledge of fair housing and local/state regulations.
• Proficient in auditing, training, and executing standards/goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to sites across region to support operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, and resident issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations.
• Collect and deposit rent and notify residents of delinquency.
• Provide excellent service to residents and resolve inquiries and work orders.
• Build and maintain applicant wait lists and manage move-ins/transfers.
