JES Holdings is seeking a Roaming Property Manager to travel regionally, support property management teams, and ensure properties perform well within affordable housing programs. Responsibilities include leasing support, compliance, rent collection, reporting, and inspections to uphold housing standards.

Join a team focused on delivering quality housing with strong emphasis on Fair Housing compliance, resident service, and timely certifications. Travel expenses may be reimbursed where applicable.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management.
• Experience working with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and applicable local/state regulations.
• Proficient in auditing, training, and implementing standards and goals.

Responsabilidades

• Travel daily to sites across the region to support operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, resident inquiries, rent collection, and certifications.
• Ensure Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are followed.
• Inspect and oversee vendor work and property turns to maximize occupancy.
• Provide excellent resident service and timely response to requests.
• Coordinate move-ins/transfers and forward applications for approval.
• Participate in trainings and site visits as required.
