Qualifications

• 5 years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• HVAC EPA Type II Certification.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and building operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Roaming maintenance across properties with regular travel within the region.
• Prepare for state and investor inspections and ensure OSHA/EPA property compliance.
• Lead make-ready process including painting, carpet cleaning, and unit cleaning.
• Prioritize work orders and manage timelines for property upkeep.
• Maintain curb appeal of properties, buildings, and common areas.
• Be available for on-call after hours and travel as required.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC equipment as needed.
• Train assigned staff on systems and safety procedures.
• Assist with REAC or INSPIRE inspections preparation.
