Qualifications

• 5 years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• 1 to 2 years of verifiable HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and installation experience.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and building operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance duties including carpentry, painting, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and investor regulations.
• Lead make ready process for unit turns in a timely manner.
• Be available for on-call after hours and assist with emergencies.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and vendors.
