Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. You will be responsible for equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring work meets DOT and quality guidelines, and traveling with the company as needed.

The role requires ability to work 2 shifts, may include nights and weekends, and includes benefits such as health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401k. Background checks and MVR testing are conducted prior to hire.

Qualifications

• Background checks, driving record and controlled substance testing are required.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations is required.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain proper safety equipment for each job.
• Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology.
• Ability to use smartphone and applications.
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule.
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment, keeping them clean and in working order.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms.
• Maximize production on the job.
