Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC in Texas is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. You will help maintain equipment, ensure DOT/compliance, and support daily production in outdoor conditions.

We value leadership, teamwork, safety, and reliability. This role requires physical stamina, willingness to travel, and the ability to work two shifts, including some nights and weekends; background checks and drug testing are required prior to hire.

Qualifications

• Background checks and pre-employment testing are required including MVR and drug testing.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job.
• Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology.
• Ability to use smartphone and applications.
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule.
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and vehicle reports; ensure work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles and spray systems are in working order and well-maintained.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms.
• Maximize production on the job site.
• Operate and maintain at least six different pieces of equipment.
