TRP Construction Group, LLC is hiring Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. The role supports safety and precision in daily operations, performing equipment checks, and ensuring DOT and quality guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Maintain company standards for background checks (criminal/driving/controlled substances).
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job.
• Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology.
• Ability to use smartphone and applications.
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule.
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and vehicle repair reports and ensure compliance with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Verify vehicles are in working order and loaded properly; keep clean and organized.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms accurately.
• Maximize production on the job site.
• Be trained and able to operate and maintain multiple pieces of equipment.
