Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC seeks Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. The role involves ensuring equipment and vehicles are maintained and loaded properly, performing inspections, maximizing production, and operating multiple pieces of equipment.

Applicants should be able to travel with the company as needed, work 2 shifts (Monday–Friday and Sunday–Thursdays), and be willing to work some nights and weekends with overtime.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain proper safety equipment for each job.
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete equipment and vehicle repair reports.
• Ensure work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Verify vehicles are in working order and loaded properly.
• Keep vehicles clean inside and out and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maximize production on the job.
• Operate and maintain multiple equipment pieces.
