MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead roadway projects in Illinois. You will oversee field operations, contract administration, budgets, and scheduling across multiple sites with significant travel.

The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience in concrete/road construction, proficiency in HCSS Heavyjob, Procore, and Viewpoint, and OSHA 30 certification. A degree in CM/CE or equivalent is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field (combination of education and experience considered).
• 5–10 years of Project Management experience in concrete production, slipform paving, curb and gutter, and bridge decks.
• Experience with HCSS Heavyjob, Procore, and Viewpoint software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage field operations and contract administration, including safety, personnel, subcontract scheduling, and procurement.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and cost controls; maintain change orders and logs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors; manage budgets and quantity reporting.
• Prepare monthly cost-to-complete projections and update stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
