William Charles Construction, a MasTec Company, seeks an experienced Roadway Project Manager to lead field operations across Springfield, IL and surrounding areas. The role requires management of road/highway projects, contract administration, budgeting and proactive safety planning.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in roadway/bridge projects, proficiency with HCSS Procore and scheduling tools, and OSHA 30. Travel up to 50% is required, with company vehicle and fuel card provided.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5-10 years of Project Management in concrete production, slipform paving, curb and gutter, and bridge deck placement.
• Computerized estimating using HCSS Heavyjob or B2W
• Project scheduling with P-6 or Microsoft Project
• Experience with Procore and Vista/Viewpoint in construction projects
• OSHA 30 Hour training

Responsabilidades

• Manage field operations and contract administration including safety, personnel, subcontract scheduling, and materials procurement.
• Safety planning integral to all activities.
• Manage change orders, scope changes, and cost impacts.
• Create and manage budgets and update cost reports.
• Oversee subcontractor/vendor relations and risk mitigation.
• Plan equipment, personnel, means, and methods; update schedules.
• Maintain cost accounting, schedule impacts, and change order logs.
• Submit monthly cost-to-complete projections.
• Track contract value amid weather and change orders.
• Monitor weekly quantities and update Viewpoint.
• Oversee weekly budget changes and change orders reconciliation.
• Other duties as assigned.
