Job summary

Oasis IAM is seeking an Area Manager in West Palm Beach, FL, to lead daily field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure DOT safety and quality standards are met. The role requires strong planning, budgeting, KPI tracking, and on-call readiness. Night and weekend work may be required to meet project timelines.

You will coordinate with DOT representatives, oversee equipment and maintenance, and drive improvements in safety and efficiency across multiple sites within the district.

Qualifications

• Safety-first mindset in all tasks and compliance with safety protocols.
• Ability to plan, deploy crews, and manage field operations.
• Experience coordinating with DOT representatives and supervising contractors.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call rotations as required.
• Strong reporting, budgeting, and KPI tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety-first mindset and follow safety protocols.
• Perform landscape and road maintenance with attention to sightlines and roadway safety.
• Repair and replace guardrails, signs, and drainage structures as needed.
• Set up MOT and temporary traffic control zones; manage traffic safety.
• Lead daily field operations, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with DOT reps.
• Log maintenance work and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
• Travel within district to various work sites and respond to on-call incidents.
