Oasis IAM is seeking a Highway Maintenance Technician II to support safety and reliability on West Palm Beach roadways. You will handle maintenance tasks, operate tools, and manage traffic control in outdoor environments, with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

The role requires documenting work orders, coordinating with crew, and performing seasonal tasks. On-call shifts and overtime may be required to meet daily/weekly goals and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math, reading, and recordkeeping skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; ability to obtain MOT/Flagger certification.
• Age 23+ and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Respond to work orders promptly and plan safe execution.
• Set up traffic control per MUTCD standards and company rules.
• Operate hand tools and light equipment on road projects.
• Document work performed and equipment hours daily.
• Assist with pothole, drainage, and roadside repairs.
