Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent.
• 5 years experience in roadway maintenance. Substitutions for minimum qualifications may apply.
• Must have a Valid driver’s license; Class A CDL required within 120 calendar days from employment.

Responsibilities

• Leads a crew of transportation maintenance technicians and equipment operators.
• Oversees daily operations and assigns tasks to ensure timely repairs.
• Inspects roads and reports problems to supervisors.
• Maintains records on materials, equipment, and employee time sheets.
• Operates light and heavy equipment and trains crew members.
