Responsibilities

• Observe construction operations, materials and workmanship for contract compliance.
• Check completed work units and material records for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Verify grades, elevations, and basic structure/roadway stakeout activities.
• Inspect work zone signs and devices for proper placement and maintenance.
• Assist with sampling, testing and interpretation of results for quality control.
• Prepare and organize project documentation, reports, charts, and inspection logs.
