The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years in contract station relations, strong communication, and solid organizational skills. Local travel up to 50% is required, with a focus on maintaining a reliable service network for AAA members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of contract station relations experience.
• Proven professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide service providers to meet performance and business standards.
• Supervise independent contract stations and manage contract renewals or extensions.
• Inspect station locations to ensure facilities, equipment, and driver appearance meet policy requirements.
• Resolve member/service issues and monitor station coverage and call volumes.
