Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Costa Mesa seeks an Automotive Services Field Supervisor to lead and mentor Independent Contract Stations within ERS, ensuring reliable roadside assistance for AAA members. You will manage performance, coach station owners, review data, and collaborate with CSR teammates to optimize coverage across Orange County and parts of LA County, traveling locally as needed.

This full-time role requires strong vendor management, stellar communication, and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5 years of demonstrated vendor management, operational, field, and/or relationship-management experience, including management of work teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex contractor/vendor relationships, establish accountability, influence performance, and effectively support operational change.
• Prior experience developing recommendations and formal business proposals, as well as successful negotiations and complaint resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze operational performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation and relationship-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent delivery of legendary service to AAA members and customers through Independent Contract Stations.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Independent Contract Station owners, managers, dispatchers, and technicians.
• Provide guidance on performance thresholds, business practices, and service quality to station owners and staff.
• Maintain and uphold contractual terms between the Auto Club and Independent Contractors.
• Research, analyze, and interpret station and market performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor key ERS metrics and meet with stations to review performance and areas for coaching.
• Inspect and evaluate station locations for compliance with Club standards, equipment, and technician appearance.
• Collaborate with CSR team members and other partners to resolve coverage and operational concerns.
