Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Tow Instructor to deliver Emergency Roadside Service training for Independent Contract Station service providers and their staff. The role covers towing, battery services, lockout techniques, dispatch systems, and member service standards.

The instructor will lead classroom, virtual, and field sessions, travel across territories, and provide technical guidance to address issues and coach performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum of training, coaching, or instructional experience in automotive service, towing, or roadside assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ERS training programs for ICSP personnel and employees.
• Provide hands-on instruction on towing operations, battery services, lockout techniques, dispatch systems, and roadside best practices.
• Travel overnight on a scheduled basis to support training initiatives across territories.
• Review and resolve member complaint cases with guidance from ERS leadership.
• Maintain training records and prepare daily activity logs and monthly reports.
