Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Tow Senior Instructor to lead and deliver training across ACE markets, facilitating classroom, virtual, and field sessions while coaching instructor staff. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate special assignments, travel as needed, and provide regular reporting to management, contributing to employee success and organizational learning.

Qualifications

• Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors instructor teams across ACE markets.
• Coordinates special assignments and management projects.
• Conducts ERS policy training for ICSP staff and instructors.
• Delivers training in-person, virtual, and field formats.
• Overnight travel on a pre-scheduled basis.
• Collaborates with ERS teams to identify coaching opportunities.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports.
