The role requires a valid drivers license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, DOT readiness, and strong customer service skills, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state drivers license with minimal infractions.
• Must pass drug screen, MVRO, background check, and DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to work independently and make field decisions.
• Comfort with GPS, tablets, and mobile apps.
• Able to lift up to 75 lb.
• Read and follow roadside procedures and member benefits.
• Complete AAA training programs.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance requests using a tow truck or service vehicle.
• Provide emergency roadside services (tire changes, fuel, jump starts, lockouts, minor repairs).
• Tow disabled vehicles following procedures and guidelines.
• Verify AAA membership and deliver excellent customer service.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, professional service vehicle and drive safely.
