GEICO in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Roadside Service Dispatcher to reassure customers and guide policyholders through coverage and steps to get back on the road.

You'll manage incoming calls for glass claims, locksmith services, and tow requests, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting performance goals. This in-office role offers the starting pay of $18/hour with shift differentials, benefits from day one, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and empathy skills.
• Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals (preferred).
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
