Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing & sales experience.
• 3+ years in high-volume call centers with KPIs.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience.
• Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions.
• Stay informed about GEICO products and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Help customers choose the right coverage for best protection.
