Cox Automotive Fleet is hiring a Roadside Event Specialist II to manage large events, coordinate repairs, and ensure timely service for customers. You will work with drivers, customers, and providers to keep events flowing smoothly.

The role emphasizes high-value decision-making, accurate estimates, and clear communication to uphold exceptional service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3 years in logistics, transportation, or automotive tech.
• Experience in Cox Fleet preferred (Follow Up, Breakdown Specialist, or Managed Care).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and communication.
• Strong communication by phone, email, and in person.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of major events and high-value repairs.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and adherence to customer instructions.
• Ensure estimates are accurate and communicated.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, service providers, and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest level.
• Verify correct billing with service providers.
