Job summary

AAA Cincinnati is seeking dependable associates to provide roadside assistance, including lock-out, fuel delivery, jump starts, and tire changes. The role involves towing, battery services, and communicating with members while ensuring safety and efficiency from a service vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for your state of residence.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to pass DOT physical where required andlift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts and tire changes per guidelines.
• Perform tow and recovery services for members.
• Sell, install, test, and warranty battery services for members.
• Maintain safety and quality during vehicle service and drive operations.
• Document calls, process payments and complete required reports.
• Inspect fleet vehicles and ensure equipment is secure when not in use.
